Who has access to my information?Only you and your healthcare professional. We believe it should be up to you, who has access to your data. You can choose to share it or have access to it whenever you need.

How often can I view my informationAfter logging into your patient portal, you can see all the information sent to you, up to that date. You can access your information at any time.

What if I need urgent or emergency help?You should contact '111' or '999'. TouchPoints.health is only for planned (elective) care and not for emergencies.

I'm not very good with technology, will that be a problem?If you can open an email or send a text message you'll be absolutely fine using TouchPoints.health.

Who can I contact if I have any questions about my care?Your doctor or healthcare professional is responsible for all the information sent to you and you should contact them for any questions about your care.
